Who We Are

"The purpose of this Mutual Benefit Corporation is to maintain the private roadway in El Dorado County known as "Oro Loma Drive" which includes the roadway itself, ditch lines, culverts, sub-surface drains, overhanging tree limbs and brush, signs and all other items that are part of the roadway within the easements that constitute the roadway."- As stated in the By-Laws

Who We Aren't

The Oro Loma Road Group, Inc. is not a Homeowner's Association, it is a non-profit Mutual Benefit Corporation.

We are not a Planned Unit Development, and we do not fall under the laws that apply to them. We do not have CC&R's where Member actions regarding private property require Board or Membership approval or pre-approval.

The Corporation (and the Board) does not have any purview, interest, power or official opinion regarding either the condition of or the utilization of any Member's property.

The Board is not a complaint department for issues regarding trash, fences, property line disputes between members, renters and rental units, dogs or other pets, lines of sight or anything else not directly related to the stated purpose of this non-profit Mutual Benefit Corporation.
