The following is an outline of the yearly maintenance activities that member volunteers try to accomplish.  There is a newsletter that members receive, usually a couple of weeks beforehand, stating when and where a group will meet.  If the listed items cannot be finished in a reasonable time frame, the Board will decided whether or not to hire the work out.  Please click the following links to access the documents.
